Remember Your
Wholeness
Therapist-led retreats and guided psilocybin journeys for healing, clarity, and integration
At The Wellfolk, we hold space for a different way of healing, one rooted in listening, remembering, and reconnecting.
This work is for those moments when something inside you knows there’s more — more clarity, more meaning, more alignment — especially in seasons shaped by transition, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, or when life feels constricted, overwhelming, or disconnected.
Based in Bend, Oregon, we offer space for healing that is careful, intentional, and deeply human, not as a destination to reach, but as a process of reconnecting to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
If you feel drawn here, you’re invited to explore our offerings and see whether this work feels right for where you are now.
“I felt held, safe, and transformed…”

Meet the Founders
The Wellfolk was founded by Maggie and Cecilia, licensed therapists who share a deep love for creating spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves.
With over fifteen years of clinical experience each, their work is shaped by the belief that healing can be both grounded and alive — where science and soul, depth and lightness, coexist. They care deeply about creating environments that feel safe, nourishing, and real, where people can show up as they are.
Together, they curate retreats and journeys that blend professional care with human presence, inviting connection, reflection, and moments of meaning.
