Private Small Group Journeys
Small group journeys are experiences with 2-4 participants who already know each other and have sought out services because they prefer to journey together in the same room. Ideal participants are comfortable enough with one another, have already established trust and are committed to not interfering with the other participants journeys. These are individual journeys with the intention of going inward towards your own healing, but in a small group setting.
A therapeutic psilocybin journey can open a deeply healing space, especially for those moving through trauma, grief, or long-held emotions. These altered states are easier to navigate, and often more meaningful, when someone steady and compassionate is there to help hold the experience. Group sessions can be incredibly transformative and offer their own kind of magic, creating opportunities for individual and collective healing and meaningful connection. Working with a licensed facilitator creates a sense of safety and structure so you can explore your inner world with clarity, confidence, and an open heart.
Small group journeys include two or more hours of preparation, at least one hour of which is one-on-one with a facilitator and an additional hour as a group with all participants; licensed facilitators for the duration of dosing day; room rental fees at a licensed service center; one check in call per participant within 24 hours of dosing day; group integration with all participants one hour individual integration session per participant within the the first week.
1:1 or 2:1 ratio (client to facilitator) depending on number of participants
Cost per participant $2500
What does small group psilocybin assisted therapy look like?

Preparation sessions happen within 24 hours of your dosing day. These sessions are all about getting to know each other, slowing down, clarifying your intentions, and getting grounded in the process. Together, we explore what you are hoping for, what you are carrying in, and what feels most important to tend to. We also walk through the practical pieces so that you feel safe, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Individual preparation sessions can take place in person at Bend Inner Alchemy or virtually through a secure platform, depending on what works best for you. When it is possible, we find that meeting in the space ahead of your journey creates a sense of familiarity and comfort, which can be especially supportive on dosing day.
We will complete the required forms (client information, bill of rights, informed consent, safety and support plan, transportation plan, and accessibility) and offer instructions for preparing your mind and body the night before and on the day of your journey.
Since you will be completing your journey together, on the morning of your dosing day we will also have time for group preparation to open the container that you will be sharing and prepare both our set (our internal mindset) and our setting (our physical surroundings). This may include gentle movement, breathing, rituals that you find meaningful, sharing intentions and a reminder of group guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

All administration sessions take place at a licensed service center, which allows us to hold this work with the structure and safety it deserves. Psilocybin products are purchased directly by the client from the licensed service center on the day of the journey.
We will start the day with grounding practices that might include gentle movement, meditation, intention setting or other rituals that you find meaningful. Once you are feeling ready to begin, we will provide guidance around preparing and consuming the mushrooms if you would like.
Our intention is to bring a steady, intuitive presence to each session, tuning in to the energy of the room and to what you may need moment by moment. Before your journey begins, they use simple centering practices to create a safe and energetically grounded space, so you can enter your altered state with a sense of ease and protection.
Throughout the experience, we remain calm, present, and fully attuned to you. Our role is to offer a stable place to return to whenever you need it, without directing your process or pulling you away from your own inner wisdom. This grounded, gentle presence allows you to explore more deeply while knowing that support is always close by. We will have light snacks, art supplies, extra blankets, journals and anything else you might need to make the most of your experience and feel at home.
You will remain in the service center with your licensed facilitator throughout the entire experience, with gentle support and guidance as needed. Per OHA guidelines, clients stay on-site for a minimum of five hours after the mushrooms have been consumed. We will be with you until you are ready to be released from the session with a sense of grounding and care. Clients may not drive themselves home after the dosing session and will be released to their pre-approved contact once cleared by the facilitators.

After your journey, we will check in within the first 24 hours of the journey to see how you are doing. We also plan to meet for an individual integration session to gently explore what came forward, make sense of the insights that arose, and translate them into meaningful shifts in your everyday life.
Research shows that the brain enters a period of increased neuroplasticity after a psilocybin experience, which means it becomes more open to new perspectives, patterns, and possibilities. Because of this, we believe that integration is the most meaningful and important part of the entire process.
This is where the experience begins to take root. Our continued support helps you stay connected to what you discovered, allowing the insights and openings from your journey to unfold in a steady, grounded, and lasting way. Integration is a lifelong journey so try to remember not to rush it. Trust yourself and your process.
